Chadwick Global Travel Advisory (“Chadwick GTA,” “we,” “us”) is a private travel advisory. We collect only the information we need to plan your travel and respond to your inquiry, and we treat it the way we would want our own handled. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry through our form, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, who referred you, approximate travel dates, number of travelers, destinations and experiences of interest, budget range, and anything you tell us about the trip you have in mind. You control what you enter; only your name, email, and a short description are required.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to you and to plan, propose, and arrange your travel. If you decide to move forward, we may share the details necessary to book your trip with the travel suppliers and partners involved (for example, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and our host agency), and only to the extent needed to fulfill your arrangements. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and communicate with you, including our website host and our email delivery service. They process information only on our behalf and only to provide their service. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to assist you and to maintain our client relationship. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
